After defeating the Orc Lord, he established the Jura-Tempest Federation, a nation of monsters in Great Forest of Jura that seeks co-existence of monsters with other living races.
After befriending the Storm Dragon Veldora, he was given the name "Rimuru" Rimuru, in turn, gave Veldora and himself the surname Tempest. He can even mimic the appearance of any item or creature he has devoured. After he became a slime, he possesses the Unique Skill Predator, which allows him to eat almost anything and obtain skills and items originally from the devoured object.
His name when he was still a human was Satoru Mikami ( 三上 悟, Mikami Satoru).
